September 29, we encourage all our students to wear orange to raise awareness of the very tragic legacy of residential schools, and to honour the thousands of Survivors. There will be a school photo in the field for students wearing orange and a theatre video presentation of “Picking up the hoops” with Debra Murray and Indigenous Education Support Worker from Edgewater Elementary.
