As you may already know, learning a second language is not only a valuable skill but also a significant asset in today's globalized world. With the Intensive French Program, your child will have the chance to immerse themselves in the French language and culture, opening doors to countless opportunities both academically and professionally.
Here are some key highlights of the program:
Accelerated Learning
- The Intensive French Program is designed to accelerate language acquisition through intensive instruction. Students will receive more instructional time in French compared to traditional language programs, leading to faster progress and proficiency.
Enhanced Communication Skills
- Through interactive lessons, students will develop strong communication skills in French, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. This will enable them to communicate in various real-life situations effectively.
Cultural Awareness
- Beyond language proficiency, the program also fosters cultural awareness and appreciation. Students will learn about French-speaking countries' history, traditions, and customs, broadening their worldview and promoting cultural sensitivity.
Preparation for Future Opportunities
- Proficiency in French opens up a myriad of opportunities, from pursuing higher education in French-speaking regions to accessing international career paths. By participating in the Intensive French Program, your child will be well-prepared to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
We understand that choosing the right educational path for your child is a significant decision, and we are here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions about the Intensive French Program or would like more information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We strongly encourage you to consider enrolling your child in this enriching program if they (and you) are committed to having them in the program until the end of grade 9. Together we can provide our students with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-changing global landscape.
We will host a parent meeting for those interested. We will cover items such as:
